LED screen rental questions

How much does it cost to rent an LED screen in Grand Cayman?

A standard poster (2 ft × 6.5 ft) is CI$ 250 per day and a wide poster (3 ft × 6.5 ft) is CI$ 325 per day. Video walls start at CI$ 1,100 per day for The Expo Wall. Delivery, setup and pickup is a flat fee per panel, and booking two or more posters takes 10% off the posters.

Do you rent screens for expos, trade shows and conferences?

Yes. LED posters work as booth signage, menus and wayfinding, and a video wall gives you a big 16:9 backdrop for presentations, sponsor loops and brand videos. We deliver and set up before doors open, and break everything down after the event.

Can the LED posters be used outdoors?

Yes, the posters can be used indoors or outdoors. Tell us when you book if the event is outside so we can plan placement and power, and add a generator if there is no power on site.

What size should my artwork or video be?

Design to the exact pixel size of your screen: Standard poster 344 × 1032 px; Wide poster 384 × 768 px; The Expo Wall 1152 × 768 px; Movie Night 2064 × 1032 px. We accept JPG, PNG and MP4, and we can design it for you.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver, set up and collect anywhere on Grand Cayman. Zone 1 (George Town, Seven Mile Beach, West Bay) is CI$ 40 per panel; Zone 2 (Bodden Town, East End, North Side) is CI$ 65 per panel, round trip.

How far ahead should I book?

Book at least 2 days before your event, and earlier for busy weekends and holidays. The booking page shows live availability for your dates.
